Acceptance means you will be bound by the terms in this agreement and any provisions made in the future. IUP General Feed Store has the right to amend their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. It is your sole responsibility to check back frequently for updates and changes.

You agree to not use this site or our services to undermine the integrity of the site or our services.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

You, the customer, agree to use our site and services completely at your own risk. There are no warranties given for any services rendered included but not limited to information, uninterrupted access or products provided. We disclaim any warranties concerning availability, accuracy, omissions, content of information, or suitable use of product. The information has not been verified by an outside source or authenticated either wholly or partially by IUP General Feed Store. IUP General Feed Store is not responsible or liable for any misfortune, hardships, or injury resulting from the use of this site.

IUP General Feed Store is not liable for:

  1. a) Products damaged by the shipping company
    b) Packages delivered but not received by the customer

AVAILABILITY

Our pricing reflects great value because we strive to maintain a high level of inventory for all of our merchandise available at our on line store. Occasionally demand does surpass our supplies as we replenish our stock. This can cause a slight delay in the shipping of your merchandise. If you have a critical time frame in which you are working please contact us to verify the item is in stock.

Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods/ Claims and Errors

IUP General Feed Store inspects all outbound shipments before they leave our facilities. IUP General Feed Store uses the UPS (or other shipping service as determined by IUP) as its shipper and damage can occur during transit. Damage can occur in two primary fashions: concealed damage, and noticeable damage. A claim cannot be filed for either type claim unless all of the original packaging is available for inspection without any alterations. All shipping claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM IUP General Feed Store WHEN RETURNING AN ALREADY ACCEPTED PACKAGE DUE TO A SHIPPING CLAIM.

All claims will be denied if the above criteria are not met. IUP General Feed Store reserves the right to take up to seven business days to resolve its shipping matters with the shipper. We are confident that when the above criteria is met that all freight claims are resolved quickly and easily. In the event that IUP General Feed Store ships an incorrect item we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, however we must be contacted and we must verify that the item is indeed incorrect.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM IUP GENERAL FEED STORE WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN SHIPPED INCORRECTLY.

  1. How long will it take to process my order?
    Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be processed the next business week. If you ordered an item that is out-of-stock, you will receive an email with expected shipping date. Orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items will be shipped when all items are in stock.

  2. How do you ship my order?
    Our standard shipment method is UPS. We may use other shipping services as needed. We are sorry, but we do not ship to post office boxes.
    Faster shipping methods and Saturday delivery are available for an additional charge. Please contact IUP General Feed Store to make arrangements for any special shipping needs for your order.

  3. Do you ship internationally?
    No.

Return/Refund Policy

While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us at 847-731-3333 to speak to a representative.

At IUP General Feed Store we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process. We understand that not every purchase works out just as anticipated. There could be a multitude of reasons for returning a product.

If you would like to return your goods for any reason other than damage, your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be required to pay for the return freight.  That being said, please know that our return rate is less than one half of one percent.

Please do not throw away any packing material until you know the product is in good condition. If you see that the package is damaged, please make notes upon signing for the goods and take a picture of the damaged packaging if possible.

All items that are ordered from IUP General Feed Store can be returned within our guidelines and time frame. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t turn out the way it was planned. Many unforeseen circumstances can lead to the need to return an item. We ask that you carefully check all of the quantities and specifications before ordering and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. This is why we allow all items to be returned within 30 days of receipt; however, we will assess a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

IUP General Feed Store will process an exchange. We will assess a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs. The value of the original purchase will be applied to the new purchase. In the event that the balance is more than the original purchase amount then another charge will be processed to cover the difference. In the event that the balance is less than the original purchase amount the difference will be credited.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

IUP General Feed Store goes to great lengths to assure the highest level of quality control.  We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected or harmed in any manner outside of our care instructions. Please see the care instructions for these terms.

Website Security Methods and Fraud Prevention

All transactions are conducted in a secure environment to protect against fraudulent observation and or use. We do not store your financial information on the web site such as credit card information.

Any credit card information, or other sensitive information, collected by IUPfeed.com is first transmitted to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in transmission. All authorized persons are required to keep information accessed via our database confidential. At our discretion, orders received over the phone or internet may require photo I.D. verification.

Payments

We prefer that customers pay for merchandise via MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  For customers who prefer to mail us their order, we accept Cashiers Checks or Money Orders **ONLY**.

(For Personal Checks, there will be at least a 10 Day waiting period for the check to clear).  All hard copy forms of payment must clear our bank before we process the order for shipping. These hard copy forms of payment can slightly delay the processing, and in turn, the shipping times.

ATTENTION PAYPAL CUSTOMERS: IUP General Feed Store only ships to PAYPAL *CONFIRMED* addresses. If your address has not been confirmed by PAYPAL, please pay by sending us a cashiers check or money order. Thank you.

Currency in which transactions on IUPfeed.com will be conducted is in United States currency.
